Free downloads (via subscribing to the newsletter) are for listening and assessing only and grant no usage rights.
The store is provided as is, without warranty. SchoenerBeats is the seller; Stripe processes the payment. As a small business under § 19 UStG, SchoenerBeats charges no VAT — the price you see is the price you pay.
Files are delivered immediately, which is why the checkout asks you to confirm that you want them straight away and that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is ready. Until you confirm that, the right stands.
