What this store collects, and why.
Analytics
We count page views and plays with Umami — cookieless, with no personal data. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only if you accept them in the banner; decline and nothing is sent to Google or Meta.
Order records
Order records. When you license a beat, we store the details needed to issue and verify your license — your name, email, order number and date, the beat, the tier, the price, and a license ID — in a Cloudflare D1 database. We use them only to generate your license PDF and to answer public license checks, which return a masked result (first name and masked email only). The payment itself is processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by us.
Newsletter
If you sign up, we store your email in our database and mirror it to Brevo, our email provider, to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Payments
SchoenerBeats sells to you directly. Card details are entered in fields hosted by Stripe, our payment provider, and are sent straight to Stripe — they never reach this site and we never see your card. Stripe keeps the payment record it needs for its own legal duties; we keep the order record described above. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
